Chocolate Coffee Kiss
INGREDIENTS
* 3/4 fluid ounce coffee liqueur * 3/4 fluid ounce Irish cream liqueur * 1/2 fluid ounce crème de cacao liqueur * 1 teaspoon brandy-based orange liqueur (Grand Marnier®) * 1 cup hot brewed Nutricafe coffee * 2 tablespoons whipped cream * Cocoa syrup : 2 tablespoons Cocoa Mojo wisked into 1/4 cup hot water * 1 maraschino cherry
DIRECTIONS
In a coffee mug, combine coffee liqueur, Irish cream, creme de cacao and Grand Marnier. Fill mug with hot coffee. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzle with Cocoa mojo syrup and garnish with a maraschino cherry

1 cup Nutricafé coffee 1/4 cup sugar 1 dash salt 1 oz Cocoa Mojo 1 cup water 3 cups milk
Whip cream in saucepan. Combine coffee, sugar, salt, chocolate and water; stir over low heat until chocolate has melted. Simmer 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until heated. When piping hot, remove from heat and beat with rotary beater until mixture is frothy. Pour into cups and sail a dollop of whipped cream on the surface of each. Makes 6 servings.
Simple Indulgent Pleasure (S.I.P.)
Ingredients: 1 heaping teaspoon Cocoa Mojo hot cocoa mix (1 mug l) Double strength Nutricafé fair trade coffee add 1 tsp. coconut palm sugar 1 tsp. Coconut milk powder 2 drops vanilla 1 dollop half and half and half
Directions: Wisk Cocoa Mojo and coconut milk powder into ¼ cup boiling water until dissolved. Stir in slowly into the hot mug of coffee and continue stirring until mixed in. Add the sweetener and vanilla.S.I.P., pause, enjoy and continue!

Cafe de Olla
A sweet coffee drink, made with chocolate and cloves. Preparation is a bit unusual. You steep the coffee grounds with the other ingredients instead of traditional brewing.
INGREDIENTS: 8 cups water 4 oz ground Nutricafe coffee 2 oz brown sugar 2 cinnamon sticks 3 cloves, whole ½ cup Cocoa Mojo
PREPARATION: Boil water in a saucepan, then add cinnamon, cloves, sugar and Cocoa Mojo. When the mixture comes to a boil, skim off foam. Reduce the heat to a simmer, then add coffee. Steep for 5 minutes then serve.
Mexican Coffee
Mixing your spices before you brew can add flavor so easily. This is a particularly sweet way to serve up a cup of coffee, with generous amounts of chocolate and brown sugar.
INGREDIENTS: 2 cups ground Nutricafe coffee ½ cup Cocoa Mojo 1 tbls cinnamon 2 cups milk ¼ cup brown sugar 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION: Before brewing, combine coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg. Brew however you like. In another small saucepan, heat brown sugar, Cocoa Mojo and milk. Stir until sugar is melted and Cocoa Mojo is dissolved. Pour sugar mixture into hot coffee, and add vanilla.
 Caffe Di Cioccolata
1 shot espresso or ½ cup double strength Nutricafé coffee 2 heaping teaspoons Cocoa Mojo 1/4 cup boiling water whipped cream
Wisk Cocoa Mojo into boiling water until dissolved. Add Coffee and top with whipped cream.

Chocolate Almond Coffee
1/3 cup ground Nutricafé coffee 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp Cocoa Mojo 1/2 tsp almond extract 1/4 cup toasted almond chopped
Place all but almonds in food processor (or blender). With it running, add the extracts. Stop and scrape the bowl and blend for 10 seconds longer. Add the chopped almonds. Store in refrigerator. Create your own Coffee House blend!

1 shot Bailey's® Irish cream 1 heaping teaspoon of Cocoa Mojo dissolved into ¼ cup hot water fill with Nutricafé coffee

Almond Chocolate Coffee recipe
3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur 1/2 oz dark crème de cacao ½ teaspoon Cocoa Mojo 8 oz hot Nutricafé coffee Pour in order into coffee cup. Top with whipped crème and chocolate shavings.
Bittersweet Chocolate-Banana Mousse
This is a NON dairy dessert - give it a try! Ingredients
3/4 c Cocoa Mojo powder; -or less 1/4 c water 5 oz soft silken tofu 1 lg ripe banana 1/2 ts vanilla extract 1 1/2 tb light brown sugar 1/8 ts salt 1/2 ts raspberry vinegar fresh raspberries; optional
Instructions
This rich, intense dessert contains no dairy. Silken tofu creates the creamy texture. Allow time to thoroughly chill the pudding. Optional: just before serving, top each dish with a few raspberries.
Melt 1/2 to 3/4 cup Cocoa Mojo cocoa and water in a double boiler. Place the tofu and a handful of banana chunks in a blender and beginto puree. Gradually blend together until the mixture gets a creamy texture to it. Add the vanilla, sugar, salt and vinegar as you go.Pour in the melted chocolate (it's OK if it's still hot), scraping in every last bit. Puree one more time until very smooth and uniform, and taste to adjust the sugar.
Transfer the mousse to individual serving dishes, cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
 COCONUT
1 heaping teaspoon Cocoa Mojo 1/4 oz. coconut milk powder ¼ cup boiling water 1-2 shot espresso or ½ cup double strength Nutricafé coffee Steamed milk Garnish
Wisk Cocoa Mojo and Coconut Milk Powder together into ¼ cup boiling water Add espresso. Fill cup with steamed milk and top with foam. Garnish as desired. Creamy delicious gourmet coffee

Check the ingredients on your cocoa packet. In every commercially manufactured product the main ingredient is sugar. Sugar, more sugar and then fat. The rest is fillers and artificial flavors. We don’t Dutch our Cocoa. This process means soaking the nib or the cocoa mass in chemicals like potassium or sodium carbonate. Do you want to serve your children cocoa that has been soaked in chemicals first?
Commercial processing also removes the flavanols like epicatechin because of their bitter taste. They take away all the good stuff and start adding sugar to give it taste. There are often so many other fillers in hot chocolate packets that the actual cocoa content to less than 15%.

Hot Cocoa Drink Mixes
Kocoa Klastch Blend
INGREDIENTS · 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted · 1 cup coconut milk powder · 4 cups instant coffee · 8 oz Cocoa Mojo powder · 2 tablespoons dried orange zest · 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon · 1 teaspoon ground anise seed
DIRECTIONS In a large bowl, stir together the confectioners' sugar, coconut milk powder, cocoa, orange zest, cinnamon and anise seed. Store in an airtight container, or separate into smaller jars for gift giving. To prepare, mix 1/4 cup of the cocoa mix with 1 1/2 cups of hot milk or boiling water. This is great for a midafternoon coffee cocoa break

Instructions
In heavy sauce pan combine water, Cocoa Mojo and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until Cocoa Mojo and sugar is dissolved and is smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt and cool. Store in fridge
After-Dinner Chocolate
Ingredients
2 c water 4 oz Cocoa Mojo Hot chocolate 3 tbl Grand Marnier 1/4 c whipping cream 1 orange peel; finely grated
Instructions
1.Wisk together water and Cocoa Mojo in a small saucepan; cook and stir just till boiling. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur or vanilla. Beat cream in a small chilled mixing bowl with an electric mixer on low to medium speed till soft peaks form. Top each serving with whipped cream; sprinkle with orange peel, if desired.
2. The orange peel is optional. You can use Amaretto or vanilla extract in place of the Grand Marnier if desired

Cocoa Mojo is made from fair trade, organic cocoa and is sweetened naturally. Our cocoa uses Rapadura -a natural unprocessed sweetener. This is made form organic sugarcane that comes from Brazil. Rapadura is created from sugar cane juice that is allowed to crystalize. These crystals are then ground into a naturally processed easily digestable sugar.
Our special formula is what makes Cocoa Mojo so nutritious and intensely chocolate. You can wisk a teaspoon into hot milk or powdered milk. Mix it ups withth erecipes on this page! mix Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 1/3 cup per 2/3 cup of boiling water. Top with marshmallows. Relax and enjoy!
For Almond Hot Chocolate, add a few drops of almond extract with water.
HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 4 tablespoons per 12 oz. boiling water. Top with marshmallows. Relax and enjoy! For Almond Hot Chocolate, add a few drops of almond extract with water.
