This has been my breakfast for the last 4-5 months (I think), since then I've experienced the following effects:

Portable and compact nutrition
 It is extremely compact as well. One canister of Enerfood is 4 inches x 7 inches. You can stack about 15-16 CASES in the trunk of an average family sedan. One case is enough nutrition for 1 person for 5-6 weeks. We recommend having a case on hand for emergency situations. It makes sense to be prepared.
