Using only the finest Arabica shade grown coffee beans, we roast them to a Vienna roast, a deep milk chocolate color of incredible taste and aroma. Arabica beans naturally contain about 1/2 the caffeine found in commercially available coffees. Our Infusion process creates a gourmet tasting coffee with lower acid, less caffeine and virtuallyno stomach burn.
