I was excited when I saw your Coconut Milk Powder, that is until I found out it contains the dairy derivative sodium caseinate. Why is it necessary to put sodium caseinate in it? That totally destroys it for me because I can not do dairy. It also destroys it for those who are vegans, and those who are allergic to dairy products. You should make it clear that it has dairy in it for people who have dairy issues, and those who choose not to eat dairy because they are vegan. Is it at all possible for you to make it without the dairy derivative sodium caseinate?
This is my response from Enerhealth.
This is a food science issue. We have been trying for 4 years to accomplish this and so far with little luck. The other stabilizing agents that can work are worse than the casenate. We continue to try different products to see if we can get the right taste and texture though so stay tuned.

Here's what I do. I take a good cup of organic coffee. In my bullit blender I mix a 1/4 cup of almond milk with 1 Tbl. of coconut powder and one packet of Stevia and blend it till frothy. Then I heat it and add to my coffee for a wonderful treat. I also recently started adding a teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil. So yummy and I feel my skin is loving it!

It doesn't mix too well. I thought I'd be mixing it with coffee as a cream substitute, but it just clumps up and sits on the top of the coffee. Even when I put a serving in my protein shake there are clumps that won't break up. I'd say it's best whey you blend. Otherwise great product.

Actually, first thing in the mornings I take Enerfood. Wait 30 minutes and follow it up by drinking Coconut Milk with water, yum! Then snack on fruit and I am good to go until lunch! Enerfood is alkaline and provides a great way to start the mornings with an energy boost to boot. The Coconut Milk Powder has a wonderful taste and I can take it in water alone or with anything else I wish. Sometimes when I am tired after a long day's work, I will take one more tablespoon of Coconut Milk Powder. It is such a treat. Tastes wonderful!

This is a must have product for those looking to lose weight or for those just looking to add a richer taste to their meal replacement shakes. I mix mine into a shake every morning and it tastes delicious. Enerhealth has done it right again.
