We designed this basic cleanse to be easy and managable.  This is designed to be a 4 day cleanse. Obviously you will have left overs of almost all the products.  This is so you can cleanse again at a later date or just use them as they should be incorporated into your everyday life, especially the Enerfood & Coconut Milk Powder.

BASIC CLEANSE INSTRUCTIONS

This Cleanse is most effective when used in conjunction with the dietary program. They are designed to be done by anyone and can easily be done even when you work.  Just get organized and stick to it. You will thank yourself!

The consistent and abundant consumption of juices is essential to making this cleansing program work most efficiently as is the consumption of adequate water. On average you should consume a minimum of one gallon of liquids daily

**Only begin any cleansing program once you are enjoying regular bowel movements** 

This ideally means 3 times daily, or one complete movement for each major meal you eat. For the average person this means 3 times daily. If you are having two movements daily it is still safe to follow this program. Any less than this and you should follow the colon cleansing protocol first. Also, while doing the cleanse, if you notice that you are not having bowel movements, increase your dosage of laxelixir by 1 extra dropperfull each evening until you get the desired results. Massage the abdomen at least twice daily from bottom right up to the lower ribs, then across to the upper left side and down to the bottom left.

CLEANSE SCHEDULE

Adjust the times according to when you wake and when you go to sleep. Try to complete the program by 8 pm at the latest. The closer you follow it, the better the results.  USE IN CONJUCTION WITH DIETARY PROGRAM.

6:30 am

Arise, use restroom, brush teeth and drink lemon water (juice 0f 1/2 to 1 squeezed lemon diluted with 1/2 glass of water. We recommend dry skin brushing before you shower.

7:00 am

Take Natural Body Detox & Colon Cleanse:  Mix 1 tsp in 4-6 ounces of water or juice and water combination. Apple juice is best. Shaken up in an empty jar or shaker with a lid on or stir vigorously. Always take between or after meals or juices, leaving at least a ½ hr gap.

7:30 am

 Drink water and take 1-2 droppersfulls of the LaxElixir Herbal Laxative (Also add 1 dropperfull of each of the other tinctures pertaining to the cleanse you are doing, if you are doing a different cleanse from the straight colon cleanse).

8:00 am

 Prepare & drink a Enerfood smoothie.  

Enerfood Smoothie: 1 heaping tablespoon Enerfood, 1 heaping tablespoon Coconut milk Powder, mixed well in 10 oz of fresh juice or juice and water. You may add any Fresh or frozen fruit for desired taste. Strawberries work best.

9:30 am

 Take Natural Body Detox & Colon Cleanse: Mix 1 tsp in 4-6 ounces of water or juice and water combination. Apple juice is best. Shaken up in an empty jar or shaker with a lid on or stir vigorously. Always take between or after meals or juices, leaving at least a ½ hr gap.

10:00-10:30 am

 Drink juice as desired

11:00 am

6:30 pm 

Take extra LaxElixir Herbal Laxative if needed to faclitate a bowel movement.



BASIC CLEANSE DIETARY PROGRAM

This is the basic dietary program that you should follow in conjuction with your cleanse.  For maximum results be sure to follow.  

DAY 1 

Breakfast:

Start the day with the juice of ½ a lemon in 8 oz of water. If you get the morning munchies drink fresh raw fruit juices. You may want to dilute them a little, even as much as 50/50 with water.

Use a juicer to get the most nutritious juices. You can also eat fresh fruit. Be sure to stop eating fruit or drinking juices an hour before lunch. You can also drink warm veggie broth if you like. You can make it fresh with any veggies, especially greens and only drink liquid. Cook it at a low temperature for 2 or more hours.

Lunch:

Drink fresh raw veggie juices and eat raw veggies in salads. You can dress your salads with cold pressed flax seed oil or olive oil as well as avocado oil, raw apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, herbs and spices.

Snacks:

Eat as you did for lunch but consider diluting any veggie juices a little. Drink herbal teas. Stop all veggies and veggie juices by 6pm.

Evening:

If you get hungry later in the evening consume diluted fresh fruit juices, fruits, fruit smoothies and herbal teas.

DAY(S) 2 & 3: 

These two days you will consume only liquids and must drink at least 1 gallon of fluids. This includes water, diluted juices, and herbal teas . Drink the fruit juices in the morning and evening and the vegetable juices throughout the mid portion of the day. You can also have your Enerfood smoothie in the morning.

Evening:

 If you get hungry later in the evening consume vegetable juices, water and herbal teas.

DAY 4:

This is the day you break your fast. Return to the same program as day 1.This day is as important as all the others. Be especially mindful to not overdo it. Chew any solid foods really well to help ease digestion.

How Often Should I Cleanse?

You can preform a cleanse once a month, every two months but at minimu once a season for optimal health.

Can i Alter the Dietary Program?

It is best to try and stick to the program as closely as possible.  Now we understand life is busy so if you must alter please do so minimally.

I Am Not Having any Bowel Movement...What Should I Do?

if you notice that you are not having bowel movements, increase your dosage of laxelixir by 1 extra dropperfull each evening until you get the desired results. Massage the abdomen at least twice daily from bottom right up to the lower ribs, then across to the upper left side and down to the bottom left.

Can I Add Other Cleansing Products To This Cleanse?

YES. This is designed as a basic cleanse.  Consider this your base and/or foundation.  If you have never preformed a cleanse, start here.  If you have already completed this cleanse feel free to add various tinctures and/or supplements to meet your desired goals.
