Just hearing you on Jack's show - it's a re-run today, but I was listening to you and Jack Blood talk. I was remembering when I first heard about Enerfood and saw the results in Jack and was really excited to try it. It is great! I have been very satisfied with the Enerfood along with the Coconut Milk Powder.

Some of those "side-effects" that Jack talks about are examples my husband and I have given him. You don't get a hangover! I don't know if it's the liver cleansing effect, or the nutrients, or what, but I feel great every day when I wake up. My eyes pop open at the crack of dawn and I just get out of bed. I d once again, and I'm now getting back on track with my own business! I feel some sort of "thank you" may be in order... so THANKS!!!

I love the product. I will have to admit it took a little while to get adjusted to the taste, but I'm accustom to it now and it's not a big deal. The benefits far out weigh the taste factor. I can't be bothered with mixing it with all those other things - I don't have time. I just put one scoop in my orange juice or cranberry juice and I'm good to go. What a difference when I don't have my scoop. My five year old will drink it that way, too!

From JN in Montana Two things, dig, I mix mine up with my organic whole milk, unpasteurized yogurt in the morning, maple is my fav. It goes into a big mix of apple cider vinegar, black strap molasses, oregano oil, flax seed oil, yogurt and the EnerFood. As far as the taste goes, well, I have eaten far funkier things willingly that were debatably less than good for me, so . . . also I feed it to the dogs, it goes in their food, and as far as I can tell, does them no harm. EnerFood is making us feel great. While not as healthy as your other recipes, we blend 1 tablespoon of EnerFood with a french vanilla Slimfast Optima. We are energized, nor are we hungry till 2:00 in the afternoon with no snacking.

From SA in Texas Hi Steve - Thanks for the personal contact. It is refreshing. Also, thanks for the recipe. Yes, the green stuff taste bad. It is like drinking grass, but I know how good it is for me. As for me, I just go ahead and gulp it down quickly with a bit of OJ and I also add a splash of Aloe juice. That way I get all the yucky stuff down at once. I love the Coconut Powder and mix it with frozen fruit, filtered water and flax seed. To me this is a tasty snack. And allows me to have a milky shake without dairy. My son likes it too. I have also used the EchinOsha. Just last week, I felt a cold coming on and I drank a dropperful of it with a glass of water 3 times a day for 2 days and the cold, sneezing and stuffiness went away. It is a great product. What can I say, other than EnerFood is the best greenfoods mix I've come across.

My ongoing recipe is:

• 1-2 bananas, preferably organic.
• A good tablespoon of organic peanut butter.
• Organic milk and soy milk.
• Large tablespoon of Enerfoods in a blender.

This has been my breakfast for the last 4-5 months (I think), since then I've experienced the following effects:

• Full blown sustained energy through the entire day.
• Improved digestion.
• Improved mental acuity.
• Improvement in overall skin tone.

Also on a side note, your product is great after a long night of drinking. I would call it a hang-over remedy, but I can't seeing that I don't get hangovers anymore!

As long as you guys keep making Enerfoods, I will be your customer. Also thanks for the recipe, which I'm going to try as it cuts more dairy from my diet.

I can relate entirely! My mind is so sharp. Setbacks don't phase me and I never feel depressed. I definitely notice a difference when I don't take it. Three months ago I went through a forty day fast, and did not take any pills to continue to fight my hereditary problem of high triglycerides, and my triglycerides got really high. I sent in a blood test but it was lost in the mail, but I am sure they were really really high! My carotid arteries were hurting, I got some mild chest pains, and a headache which lasted for three days. I just finished my first bottle of Immune assist 247 and retested my triglycerides and they are at 175! I ordered a years supply. In one of your articles it stated that in addition to 247 and colostrum L-lysine also helped boost the immune system to lower triglycerides. I am not sure now whether it said L-lysine or lecithin. Can you clear this up for me? I sometimes offer products I have tried and found to work. Can I offer your products in our catalogue that goes to about 30,000 people? I absolutely love your Enerfood and Cocunut milk powders I received a few days ago.
I feel 10 years younger and full of energy!
I just have one minor complaint about the Coconut milk powder...It's ver hard to dissolve it entirely in my coffee...Maybe you could add just a tad more of the anti-caking agent you use or whatever to make it dissolve easier in liquids??
I also noticed that the Enerfood powder doesn't taste very good in teas...It tastes great in fruit juice though.

My clothes still slowly keeps getting looser and I almost have to change pant sizes now from eating less junk...Plus, it also helps that I've stopped drinking soda pops since I started using enerfood almost 2 weeks ago.
