PIPSISSEWA TINCTURE

PIPSISSEWA (Chimaphila umbellata) strengthens the kidneys while acting as a wonderful diuretic and urinary antiseptic for urinary tract infections and chronic nephritis.

Pippsissewa was used by Native Americans to treat urinary infections. "It-breaks-into-small-pieces" is what the Cree name pipsisikweu means, because the pipsissewa's leathery evergreen leaves contain a substance that was supposed to dissolve kidney stones.
