UVA URSI LEAF TINCTURE

An extraordinary urinary tract disinfectant, UVA URSI (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) is commonly used for bladder or kidney infections, urethritis and prostatitis. It works best in alkaline environment so avoid using with cranberry juice.

Known commonly throughout the west as kinnikinnick, the leaves form a tobacco substitute, used in ceremonies of the Blackfoot tribe.
