VALERIAN ROOT TINCTURE

VALERIAN ROOT (Valeriana officinalis/edulis) is a powerful muscle relaxant, sedative and hypnotic. It  has traditionally been used for insomnia, anxiety, pain, and muscle cramps and twitches.
