As may of you know we implemented The EnerHealth Challenge which is a monthly health challenge to help everyone achieve better health. This month’s challenge is to drink more water. Just like most of you, I do not drink enough water…It is really hard for me. I am undertaking the challenge though.
My goal is 70 oz. per day since I weigh 140. However, that seems like quite a lot to me so I am taking the suggestion of pacing myself. Here is the breakdown:
Waking hours: 6am – 8pm Oz/hour: 5 oz
Now looking at that, I only have to drink 5 oz of water every hour I am awake to make my goal. No Problem! However at the time of writing this I am behind. I am already kicking myself…It’s only Day 1. But I encourage everyone, do not get discouraged. I will press on and so should you.
I will continue to keep everyone updated on a weekly basis on my water intake. Good luck to everyone!
